  Liked: Beautiful property that stays true to its historical charm. This is technically a penthouse from the 1800s! Multiple spots where you can sit, relax and take breathtaking views, including the upstairs terrace that has a 360 views of the St Margerita, including the bay and mountains. To top it off, everything is at walking distance! Loved it!

The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
