Fabulous
The host was very accommodating and friendly and helpful during our stay
Liked: Very clean and well presented. A private retreat, comfortable and relaxing.
Disliked: A bit of a climb up to the attic apartment. A bit squashed especially by bed low beams. TV wrongly positioned
Sweet studio apartment in a perfect location right in the main square yet quiet
Liked: The studio apartment was right in the heart of Portofino in the main square so beautifully positioned with a side view of the harbour. It was well stocked and had a king size bed and a single sofa bed. It was very clean and Walid was very helpful explaining how everything in the apartment worked and helping us with our suitcases going up and down the stairs. There was a washing machine and complimentary food and drinks including a bottle of Prosecco. The air conditioning was really effective so it was easy to sleep. Despite being in the main square, the apartment was quiet.
Disliked: It was a long way up so you had to walk up a lot of steps. There were low beams so one side of the king size bed was difficult to access. There needed to be more than one adapter as the switches weren’t quite large enough for mobile chargers and the hairdryer plugs. A very sweet place though which we very much enjoyed staying in.
Lovely, cozy comfortable and well stocked for a short visit
Liked: Location and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with eggs, bacon, water, toast and jam. This was wonderful treat.
Disliked: The bigger bed should be move where the smaller bed is so you don’t head your head getting in and out of bed. It is a bit challenging getting up in middle of night for bathroom. We never got internet running. It would be nice if it’s written down wifi and password. Overall loved the place🥰

The location and hospitality experience are great except for the stairs to the fifth floor
Liked: I liked the location of the apartment, which is right across from the lagoon, the furnishings in the room, and the generous food toppings. The host's attitude was also very kind.
Disliked: The big problems are: 1. They don't mention that the studio apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator 2. There is only one parking lot in Portofino and it is paid, there is no other parking, certainly not free parking. 3. The hosts have difficulty communicating in English. 4. The pictures on the website don't really reflect the appearance our room.
