Disliked: When we entered the hotel at check-in time, we saw that the house was still dirty like the ones left from before us. and it was cleaned within an hour or two, as much as it could be cleaned…

Liked: The location is excellent, the Host Agency were excellent
Disliked: The bathroom needs a bit of refurbish, the kitchen could be open planned, washing machine will help, as it is an apartment.
Disappointing. No hot water and an unresponsive host
Liked: The location was great and the apartment was a good size.
Disliked: There was no hot water when we arrived and the shower head wouldn't stay in the shower head holder making it impossible even to have a cold shower as I had a broken arm. The water was later heated up but by then it was too late as we'd already gone to dinner. We only stayed for one night so I could only shower in the morning before leaving. I was told it was commonplace in Portofino for hot water to run out but for $450 a night I would expect better. I asked for a partial refund but the host didn't respond to my two messages. Disappointing.
Fabulous location overlooking the water- would absolutely recommend it!
Liked: The location was perfect, and especially nice to allow our small dog!
Disliked: Steep stairs are a challenge for anyone that's mobility challenged
