Exceptional
Great location very clean but very poor communication
Liked: Great location just steps from the harbour
Disliked: Really poor communication from host in all regards. Repeated requests were made to obtain details of how to access property - only received a few hours before arrival. Had to report a really really bad smell in en-suite probably due to poor drainage - no response received at all

Beautiful apartment, brief stay, real shame about complete lack of communication from apartment owner making us anxious

Amazing property in central portofino, clean and well equipped
Liked: Location excellent, the cleaning service lady was superb. The property cleanliness was about the best I have experienced- amazing. The host was excellent and responsive in helping with an issue that we experienced.
Disliked: Ha ha - an elevator!! We knew property was on 4th floor so no actual complaint there!!
