  Stunning views and location, no frills accommodation

  Liked: The location is spectacular. While on the main street, you hardly hear car noise and it all quiets down in the evening. The sunset and view from the terrace is amazing. Easy walk into the centre. We felt comfortable locking our bikes next to the room, out of sight from the street. It’s a no frills, old school Italian room which we are comfortable with, others may not.

  Disliked: Payment by cash wasn’t advertised and made it more expensive for us from Australia than card payment.

  Liked: The host was really kind, she even gifted us a bottle of their homemade wine and it was delicious. The room is in a comfy cottage in the quiet area and the views are incredible. Would recommend:)

  Comfortable stay

  Liked: This was not a B&B gig, but there were a couple of cafes in Radda in Chianti, which opened early. The accommodation was quiet and comfortable.

  Disliked: The owner speaks no English, though a joint desire to communicate overcame that.
