  Lovely hotel, amazing location, with great staff

  Liked: The staff: for example - Before the Eroica, at 5:00am, Claudia was preparing for the 7:00am breakfast service - she stopped what she was doing and kindly made Cappuccino’s for all of us - what a star!

  Disliked: Mosquitoes! Not the hotel’s fault, but bring repellent!

  Good views, can’t go wrong with location

  Liked: Set up, and views

  Disliked: Restaurant with super limited food. Service overall not really noticeable. They didn’t even introduce us to the spa facilities.

  Amazing - highly recommend

  Liked: Stunning property - views were insane! Lovely room, well managed and great staff. Spa was a nice treat too! Solid breakfast.

  Disliked: Difficult one - probably just a little early in season but bar could be open a bit earlier with few more snack options to enable those amazing days by the lovely pool.

  Liked: Great hotel! Loved the pool area and the style of the hotel. Check in was great and the room was very nice. Amazing view from the restaurant and very good food.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We contacted the hotel and were told the issue had been fixed, but the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. We were also told that we might not have been using the system correctly, but regardless, the problem was never resolved and we did not receive enough assistance to make the room comfortable. That said, everything else was excellent. The hotel, staff, and overall experience were wonderfu.
