Amazing stay, great apartment. Tuscany was phenomenal

Liked: The apartment and the location were fantastic! This small, idyllic village in the Chianti region exceeded our expectations. The owner, Nada, was phenomenal. Although she didn’t speak English very well, with the help of Google Translate and a few written notes, we had no issues communicating with her. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed—and more. Radda in Chianti has plenty of charming bars and small markets for anything you might need during your stay, and everything is within about a 10-minute walk. Nada also provided us with a garage for our rental car, which was extremely convenient. Just outside the entrance, we had a small terrace with a sunbed that became our favorite spot for morning coffee, relaxing, and enjoying an outdoor meal. The view from the apartment and terrace is absolutely picturesque, and we truly miss it. We would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Nothing - everything was perfect for us.

Liked: The house was beautiful and the location exellent! Nada was kind and helpful, and everything went smoothly even though we didn’t share the same language. The house matched the description and photos on booking. We had an amazing week in Radda and can definitely recommend this house for cyclists as well.

Great place to soak up the essence of Tuscany

Liked: Beautiful old apartment within walking distance to Radda in Chianti and a spectacular view of the old town from the kitchen and terrace. Nada was a lovely host. Very kind and very helpful. There was secure parking for our car in a garage and electric gates to enter the property. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a separate lounge room. It was well heated and very comfortable.

    Disliked: Nothing.

Good accommodation in a great location but amenities could be improved

Liked: Proximity to Radda. The terrace was a great spot for breakfast and dinners with excellent views. The isn’t a washing machine but our host was very generous in doing washing for us.

Disliked: We arrived during a heat wave and the single air conditioner, located in one of the bedrooms did not cope very well. A ceiling fan in the kitchen would have been welcomed. The TV is tiny.

We would have no hesitation to stay here again for our next cycling adventure in Tuscany

Liked: The location of Casa Lilio, a 2 minute walk to central Radda, its private and gated estate made this the perfect place to stay. Groceries and supplies are all walking distance, saving time for our daily cycling adventures in the Tuscan Valley.. Also we were provided with a spacious indoor parking for our car and bikes as an added bonus. Our apartment was spotless on arrival, really clean, and full of Tuscan charm with beautiful views into the valleys below. Our host Nada was very caring, honest, genuine and attentive throughout our stay.

    Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
