Exceptional
decent place for downtown, otherwise I don’t recommend to stay
Liked: Location 👍🏽
Disliked: - No elevator, lots of stairs for luggages 👎🏽 - the lady who’s making check in (sending a lot of massages through WhatsApp during my stay and that’s annoying cause I am here to relax,Not to be annoyed) even she rings the doorbell multiple times at night to collect the money for parking and AC services 👎🏽 - All services are charged later besides the cost of stay (AC, Towels,parking,..)👎🏽 - same lady blames me that I destroyed the table by burning it, and I am sure I didn’t do it.👎🏽 - the night before check out, same lady asked me for my private bank information,I didn’t give her that,I told her that I’m dealing with Booking.com Not you.
