Perfect family hotel in Lake Garda
Liked: Read all of the Trip Advisor reviews and was expecting a lot - and the hotel didn't disappoint! A little more compact than originally expected and very busy on initial entry from the street, but once you get into the heart of the hotel you wouldn't know! The pool area is lovely (no worries on sunbeds, there are plenty to go around). The pool isn't heated which was a bit of a surprise for us but very welcome in the August heat! Rooms were quirky and all decorated differently. If you can, make sure you book the best room that you can as some rooms and views were not the best. Staff incredibly friendly and happy to help with any request at all - a particular shout out to the pool staff for supplying us with endless drinks and snacks! Bed was incredibly comfy and the bathrrom was fine, a little on the small side. Breakfast had an amazing selection of different types of food that you could want - although the setting is a little dated. Fresh eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice were a highlight - also the crossants are massive! Free parking underground to keep the car cool which was very convenient, and the ice cream parlour next door was always heaving which I would take as a very good sign!
Highly Recommend Hotel
Liked: We have been staying at Parc Hotel Flora numerous times a year for the past 15 years. We have stayed in winter and in summer. Hotel Flora is in a good location and there is a convenient path leading from the pool to the lake. The gardens and pool area are well maintained and landscaped. We have been fortunate to have stayed in every type of room the hotel offers. They have all been tastefully decorated and are quiet and comfortable with quality amenities. It is a family run hotel and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel.

Please note that access to the wellness area must be booked in advance and is available at an extra EUR 10 per person for two hours. There is limited availability. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the wellness area.

Air conditioning is available from 1 June until 15 September, and heating is available from 1 November until 15 April.
