Excellent accommodation in Riva del Garda
Liked: We had a short but very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very close to the lake and many beaches. The staff—both at the restaurant and at the reception—were very kind. Parking is provided. The room was large and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied.

Liked: Very kind stuff. I asked for 5AM check out and would skip the breakfast. However, the staff ask whether I would like a sandwich and they prepare a morning snack box for me.

Disliked: The lift was broken and the restaurant staff were rude

Liked: It is very close to the beach, the room is nice, it is very clean. The personel is super nice. Good breakfast
Disliked: You have to pay for renting the city bicycle without seeing them before. After the payment you go alone to the parking lot and take one. The bike I rented was not ready to go and I had to go back and change the bike number
