Fabulous
Verry nice and comfourt
Liked: Friendly people, good breakfast and verry good location.
Disliked: There was no fridge. For som cool drinks in the room.
Enjoyable Weekend
Liked: Close to the beach and near the bike path with outstanding secure bike storage.
Disliked: Not pleased with the bar service, slow and not responsive.
Liked: Its biggest strengths are the spacious room, cleanliness, large swimming pool (suitable for actual swimming, not just cooling off 😊), good location, and convenient bicycle storage.
Disliked: There are a few things that could be improved with relatively little effort. For example, there was no iron available. When we asked for wine glasses, we were told they were not available and were offered plastic cups instead, which was quite surprising. The biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. In my opinion, the selection of food could have been much wider, and the overall quality could also be improved. Of course, this is a subjective opinion, but compared with other hotels of a similar standard, I believe there is considerable room for improvement.

Disliked: The room is next to a road. I booked a room with a balcony however I could not use because there is no privacy.
Liked: This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfasts were great, and dinner was also available. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and professional. If we visit Riva del Garda again, we will definitely come back here.
