Exceptional
Great stay in comfortable modern hotel with excellent helpful staff
Liked: Great location - modern hotel - comfortable - good location - excellent staff - very good breakfast
Disliked: One of two lifts not working when we were there - bound to be fixed by now
Liked: The location of the hotel was fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful lake and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is charming, with helpful staff and cosy rooms. We stayed there around my birthday, and I was treated to a lovely drink and warm birthday wishes, which was a really nice touch. The swimming pool is not very big, but it's definitely big enough to relax and enjoy yourself. While swimming, you can admire the beautiful mountain views. I am gluten free and there's an option to have a great breakfast for people like me:) We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Would recommend it for people on bike riding tours and 3-4 day stop-overs
Liked: Easy to find, clean rooms and excellent breakfast
Disliked: Showers were a touch to small and parking can be difficult but not too bad

Lovely hotel
Liked: We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are very good. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Third Visit
Liked: This was the third year we have stayed at the Caravel and it never fails to impress. The breakfast is superb, and the ladies know exactly which coffee you like &the rooms are clean & functional. All of the staff are so nice, the cleaning ladies are fab and, this year, we spoke to Isak who was a great help in advising us what to do and where to go. We will be going back again next year.
