Fabulous
Liked: This is a very nice appartment within walking distance to the center of the city. In all honesty, the outside of the building does not do justice to the appartment itself, which is very wide and has all the expected amenities and equipment. The Guest is very friendly, and helpful! I will consider again this property for an upcoming stay in beautiful Riva del Garda.
Disliked: The appartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Villa, there is no lift. It was not a problem at all for me, but disabled travellers shall be warned.
Nice location & well-equipped
Liked: Nice location in a quiet area, only 10 min walk from Riva old town with many restaurants and cafes, easy to cycle everywhere as well. Free private parking in front of the house was a big plus. Wifi works well. The apartment is spacious and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. The host always responded quickly.
Disliked: Just a small detail - it would be nice to provide a couple more basics to make the stay smoother for guests - like shower gel, paper towels in the kitchen, more than one (not full) roll of toilet paper.

Exceptional
It was a lovely apartment with everything you needed. Perfecto!
Liked: To have parking on site was very convenient. The use of a washing machine was helpful. The apartment and furnishings were modern and well thought of. The air conditioning was a god send in August. My daughter loved having a proper bed as opposed to a pull out version.
Disliked: The 60 steps up! 🥵. Due to the fact there is a washing machine it would have been useful to have a clothes dryer to hang the wet clothes on.

Please note that the property is located on the third floor with no elevator access.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
