Very good
Nice and comfy acccomadation in the heart of Riva del Garda
Liked: We stayed at Accommodation C on the ground floor. The accommodation is spacious and clean, located close to the city center. The terrace is overlooking the lake and gives nice views of the sunrise in the mornings. All cafes, restaurants, shops, yacht club, bike rents, are in the walking distance.
Disliked: The property is very good and well maintained. The flooring might be replaced as it is a bit worn but it did not affect our stay much.
Liked: Excellent location, close to ferries, restaurants, has on site parking and the accommodation was modern.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about really
On the whole our stay was wonderful. Staff were great when we asked for help at the suites
Liked: The property was very central. Had parking although we had 2 nights of the garage entrance being blocked. Only got sorted once I mentioned it to booking.com. Their view was nothing they could do….
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like except for the bad experience with the garage entrances being blocked and no help given
Excellent view of the lake
Liked: The apartment is on the third floor facing the ferry port, with wonderful views of the lake. It has a balcony and the building has an elevator. The location is exceptional, and it´s an easy walk to the historic center and lovely outdoor restaurants. Riva del Garda is beautiful and an excellent choice to stay, not as crowded as some other Garda towns.
Disliked: 1) We had to go to the Grand Hotel Riva to collect the keys, and were expected to walk all the way to the apartment (5 or 6 blocks) with our luggage! As we´re elderly we had to take a taxi, that charged us €12.50, and the hotel refused to pay for it. The same on the way back to leave the keys, except that the taxi driver wanted to charge us €20 - when we refused he quickly reduced the price to €15... There is a Tourist Pass that allows one to get reduced ferry fares, but the guy who gave us the keys neglected to give it to us. When I found out about the Pass I sent him a message and he emailed it to us. I want to point out that the girl in Reception at the hotel in the morning was incredibly helpful answering all our questions, allowing us to leave our luggage there and to sit on the terrace until it was time to leave. 2) The walls of the apartment are really room dividers, that don´t reach the ceiling. It didn´t bother us but I just want to point it out. The electric lighting in the evenings is too dim and rather depressing. 3) There are no supermarkets or grocery shops nearby, which is uncomfortable if one is on foot. In fact, we spent the four days there without milk or bread for breakfast!

The stay, location and parking were great
Liked: The location, room and the parking were great! Everything was clean and ready for the stay, although the key pickup and drop off were in a different hotel, everything was smooth and the staff were nice. The main square in Riva was basically 1 minute away. Highly recommend the stay!
Disliked: There was no pictures of the small room that was in our apartament which was small and the beds couldn't be connected, we travelled with friends so we had to play rock paper scissors who gets the big room as nobody really expected the second room to be so small and more kid than adult oriented
