Exceptional
Disliked: Restaurant is not recommended for supper. During my visit they have young guy with curly hair who didn’t take any patience about his work. That guy was shame for this hotel. Rest of people was great. And diner was great. So just avoid curly lazy guy.
Bad management see money and not customers satisfaction
Liked: Clean and I love the location. Every year u stay there for more then two or 3 times
Disliked: I asked for late checkout form 11am to 1 pm and they ask me to pay 60€ for two hours late checkout. Hotel was empty too

Liked: -location was perfect -the breakfast buffet was great -the swimming pool
Disliked: -the AC in the first night was broken and they fix it partially that night! I had bad sleeping because of that Next morning they fixed it but when i asked for refund they were unresponsive and unprofessional regarding that! Because of this issue I gave them this low rate -I didn’t like the attitude of their receptionist and they must work on that to become more welcoming

Only the view, pool, and staff made the stay worth it
Liked: Stunning location, beautiful pool, gorgeous view and very polite staff.
Disliked: Unacceptable WiFi, practically inexistent connection. Too expensive for the room, which was very far from a 4star accommodation. Average cleanliness, was expecting much better. Very old carpeting and ceiling material, both showing signs of decay. Always very smelly elevator. Sauna access required an the extra fee, although part of a 4star expensive establishment. Gym only had 3 equipment, not even a basic treadmill. To reiterate, due to the few positive factors, the price payed was too high and the hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating.
