Exceptional
Excellent place, do not get a room on the same side as the bar/restaurant. Go to the excellent and reasonably priced
Liked: Excellent location. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Our first room was above the restaurant/bar below and was very noisy. We had to pay an upgrade for another room which was great
Liked: La location, pulizia, grandezza delle camere e un'ottima colazione.
Liked: Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, very clean
Liked: Everything was perfect, second time here and will come back for sure!
Easy, comfortable stay here! Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast including hot breakfast. Perfect
Disappointment
Liked: The apartment itself is basic, with an average standard. On the plus side: excellent location by the Old Town, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff and secure bike storage. A shame, because we could recommend this place if guests were treated better when problems arise.
Disliked: Our biggest disappointment was the way we were treated when a problem occurred. The fridge in our apartment was broken and, despite reporting it, it was not fixed for most of our stay. We were offered to store our food in the restaurant fridge and had to go to reception every time we needed something. There was little communication unless we asked ourselves, and action was only taken after we contacted Booking. On the last day of our stay, we returned to find a team replacing the fridge. They left a mess behind and simply left without cleaning up. Also bathroom and windows needs renovation
