Liked: What I liked most about the room was the location.
Disliked: There was an issue with the air chnditioning.

Liked: It was close to the small town and only 8 minutes walk to lake de Garda. Also the breakfastbuffet was really good. Although the coffee was terrible. We really enjoyed the pool area where there always were sunbeds available. The pool bar was great. Happy hour prices were 4€ for drinks and beer. Also a small selection of snacks and processed food. There was free parking at the hotel and daily cleaning in the room. Great balcony. A small hotel with many different guests - I believe that a lot of people use it as a stop in their journey. We were there for 6 days.
Disliked: The aircondition in our room did not work probably. We asked about this in the receipt twice but nothing happened about it. The food selection in the poolbar was nothing to write home about. You had to leave the property to get lunch and dinner. The garden was lovely, however there were a lot of ants.
Liked: The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, it was fantastic. It had hot and cold items, real honeycomb, baked goods, multiple types of yogurt, and coffee machines. The pool was nice enough, and the loungers were good and comfortable. It is a busy area, and the hotel does what it can for guests, and did provide parking for our wheelchair needs (but it wasn't designated). The cleaning staff was great, and the bar was a nice option if you want something by the pool. The room has a nice balcony, but only a few have views (the outside rooms), we had to complain about the AC, and it was addressed, but the system is too old, and it only does so much. The TV was ancient, and couldn't attach to any devices. Basically the staff was great, and do their best for an older hotel, but the facilities need to be updated for us to come back.
