Exceptional
Overall, an excellent apartment with truly outstanding hosts. Definitely 10/10!
Liked: The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine and coffee. Special mention goes to the amazing-smelling liquid soap or lotion in the bathroom - we still aren't quite sure what exactly it was, but we absolutely loved it! Everything is very well organized: keyless access and clear, convenient information via QR code about the apartment, parking and other practical things. The shared washing machine and dryer were also almost always available. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the hosts. They are incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, we always felt that whatever we needed or whatever happened, they were there to help. They contacted us before arrival, helped us arrange parking in the most convenient way, gave us very clear check-in instructions, and were always quick to respond. We also forgot to mention in advance that we needed two separate beds, and they arranged an extra set of bed linen for us almost immediately. We were genuinely impressed by their hospitality.
Disliked: The only tiny downside is the lack of a dishwasher, but that's really just a nice-to-have.
Liked: Perfect location, comfortable room. Pietro gave ıs very good advices to enjoy the region.
A wonderful little enclave in the beautifully town of arco
Liked: It was in a perfect location it was clean and very tidy and the hosts were lovely.
Disliked: The induction hob and oven were a bit dodgy and not the most practical, maybe just because we never use them at home.
Perfect location to discover Arco
Liked: Perfect location in Arco, on a quiet street parallel to the main shop-road. Nice apartment with a great bed, fully equipped and with a very attentive service. We never met them but were permanently in contact. Parking and moving around turned up to be ver easy.
Disliked: Only thing that wasn't that comfortable was the sofa-bed that had a thin mattress and squeaked loudly. The fridge also was a bit noisy, so sleeping in the living room was not great. We ended up sleeping all together (3) in the room. Another observation which is more personal and doesn't affect our rating, is the fact that there was no normal coffee-making alternative, but one Nespresso machine. While we expected to find a normal Italian mocha, finding only such a polluting device by a nasty brand like nestle made us feel like going against our environmental and taste principles, and was kind of frustrating to not have a choice.
