Amazing place for families
Liked: Residence Filanda is located in such a beautiful place. Mountains are all around. Every time we looked around and it was wow! Great place for kids, water park made such a difference for our 2 years old, she loved it. What also was an amazing touch was play are for kids with toys. Pool was also great for kids and adults
Disliked: Its not that we didn't like but more our preference to have oven and washing machine in the room instead of dishwasher. If you coming with children it would be nice to wash clothes.. not sure if there is laundry service on site, we didn't ask as we were there just 4 nights.
We had a wonderful family stay
Liked: The quiet location was perfect for relaxing, while the children loved the pool with no chlorine and the small aqua park and trampoline. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Lucia from the children’s club, who was so kind and wonderful with the kids. We really appreciated the free bicycle options, including bikes with child seats that’s perfect for exploring the area as a family. After we had already moved to another hotel, we realized that we had forgotten our child’s scooter. The team went out of their way to help us get it back, which we truly appreciated. Also we liked the outdoor seating area where we could dine.

Liked: Nice activities for the kids. Rooms are very basic. Old kitchen. Not comfortable beds. Towles are exstra money.
