  Liked: The only things I liked were the friendly staff at the lobby during check-in and check-out, the view from the balcony, and the air conditioning. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.

  Disliked: The room felt quite basic and was not as cozy or comfortable as we had expected. We also did not find the bed very comfortable for sleeping. The swimming pool was smaller and shallower than we expected, so it was less enjoyable than we had hoped. Overall, the property felt more like a residence than a traditional hotel, which was different from what we were expecting. Considering the price, we expected a higher level of comfort and facilities.

  Relaxing and peaceful stay with amazing views

  Liked: Amazing view from the balcony and very friendly staff. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Everything was clean and the hotel was peaceful and not too big. Would definitely come back if we would stay in Riva.
