Exceptional
Liked: Everything is clean Staff is super helpful and friendly * not sure if there is air-conditioning in the rooms but the weather was cool when we stayed we did not need it

Brilliant location in a lovely apartment
Liked: The location was perfect - just a 10 min stroll into the old town where you had plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. We had a lovely large terrace, which we used and whilst this was next to the parking, it felt private due to the use of plants once you were sat down. Overall we had a lovely week exploring Riva and other towns of Lake Garda.
Disliked: We didn’t have the best view when on the terrace but knew this when we booked the apartment.
Charming and functional with an amazing yard
Liked: Beautiful, carefully renovated and maintained villa with a few apartments and a restaurant on the main floor. Parking is free, easy, and gated. The yard is beautiful, shady, with plenty of seating, and the pool is great to chill in on a hot summer day. The AC worked great, the apartments were clean and very well equipped, including kitchenette. The beds were comfy, including the sofa in the living room. The clean modern interior may not be what you expect from the charming character of the outside of the villa, but it is very functional and well-designed. Location is great, walking distance to the Garda lake as well as the old town, and a shopping mall including Coop is right next to it. There are even free bikes to rent. The staff is super nice nad helpful. You get a guest card and a discount at the restaurant downstairs.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped and well kept. The terrace was lovely. The pool and grounds beautiful. The location is superb. The owner was very friendly accommodating and generous. We also enjoyed the bicycles that are free of charge and useful for getting around. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Riva!
Absolutely brilliant
Liked: such a good location, such a lovely place, with great parking and such lovely staff. The family that work there are so nice and helpful. The place has its own pool, bikes that you can use for free, washing machines etc. Really great apartment we rented too that had everything we needed and more. Would 100% return to stay here again, such a good place
