It could by my bad luck
Liked: The location, although on a side road, but a walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartments are run by a family, so they were trying to satisfy customers the best they can. Thank you for that.
Disliked: Our apparment was, i think, in an old building. They seem to hire space in buildings around them and run them to sustain business. We were little bit unlucky that the elevator just went off when we checked-in, but they called the techniciants and was repaired and run within maybe half an hour. Then when we used.the clothes washer, the electricity went off in the whole apartment due to overload. This was around 10pm. I went to them and they immediately came and switched it on, and everything was ok again. This could be just our bad luck, but i have to mention it for an honest review. Still I highly appreciate the staff who tried their best and even kept apologizing till the moment we checked out!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to others. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff and the owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, whether it was recommending good restaurants or ordering a taxi for us whenever we needed one. Their hospitality really made a difference. The breakfast was delicious and, importantly, not overly complicated or exaggerated — it simply had everything you needed for a good start to the day. One of our favorite parts was having breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen staff were also very nice, humble, and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. They were also friendly and pleasant whenever we saw them. The location is fantastic. It takes less than a minute to walk from the hotel to the lake, which was especially nice in the warm weather. We also really appreciated the cold water drinking machine available for guests — it was a small but very useful touch. The only thing we would suggest for improvement is having a small fridge in the rooms. We were traveling with our 6-year-old, so having somewhere to keep fruit, yogurt, or other small items would have been very convenient. The hotel kindly allowed us to use their fridge, so they were helpful about it, but having a fridge in the room would make the stay even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, excellent hospitality,cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and amazing location made it a lovely experience. Thank you to the owners and the entire team for making us feel so welcome!
