Exceptional
Liked: Ahhhh Hotel Miravalle was absolutely divine. It's like the kind of hotel you dream about - big palm trees, lots of rooms looking out on the Riva mountains, delicious buffet breakfast where you can eat beneath lemon and olive trees. I proposed to my partner on the trip so it was important everything went well - i needn't have worried. The staff who knew about this were particularly kind...especially one lady full of Italian charm ( I unfortunately didn't get her name) who let us choose our room and made us feel special by celebrating with us and giving us lots of good wishes after my partner showed her the engagement ring. She went out of her way to make the moment feel like an occasion. Thank you so much for being so welcoming - we will remember it forever and hopefully return one day.

Liked: A beautiful small hotel located right next to the historic centre of Riva del Garda, yet still very peaceful. There is a road beside the hotel, but it did not disturb us at all, and the old town is only about a one-minute walk away. We booked a room with a terrace, and the lady at reception showed us two different rooms and allowed us to choose the one we preferred. We had never experienced this anywhere else and really appreciated it. The renovated hotel is beautiful, with a lovely garden and swimming pool. The rooms are decorated in an elegant traditional style that made us feel almost as if we were staying in a small palace. Breakfast was excellent, especially when enjoyed surrounded by beautifully maintained trees and greenery. The hotel is right beside the old town walls, which adds even more to its unique atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Villa Miravalle to others.
Fabulous location
Liked: The location was fabulous, lovely touches like the pool bag in the room & meringue gift on our departure. Reception went above and beyond to please. Bar staff knew there wines. Breakfast fresh & garden terrace for lunch was beautiful.
Disliked: Small shower, for my husband.
