Guest reviews
Exceptional
The staff front office Gabriel Vladimir and our driver Federico are the best part
Liked: The facilities and cleanliness
Disliked: Needs more amenities
Wonderful - would definitely return
Liked: Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. Beds extremely comfortable. Beautiful building (an old 1970s monastery). Restaurant great and dinner menu was delicious. Nice feeling of calm away from city centre but only 15-20minutes from centre. Spa was wonderful too, nice surprise.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t bad but perhaps could be improved slightly. Only cooked parts were a big vat of scrambled eggs and sausages and bacon.
Nice, relaxing one night stay
Liked: The hotel was lovely, modern and clean
Disliked: The restaurant did not open until 7/7.30pm and there was not a lot of options walking distance from hotel to get food earlier than this as we wanted something when we arrived at 4pm
Liked: Very nice and clean room
Disliked: Stayed for two days - the second day there was no water in the bathroom so I could not take a shower and no real breakfast (that I paid for) due to power issues and maintenance work. This was not made clear before I booked.
Liked: The breakfast was fresh and on time. The waitress was extremely polite
Liked: Flavia, Eliza, the frontdesk ladies and their male colleague were exceptional! Their suggestions were on point, and also helped me find a non-tourist trap jewelry store. At the Restaurant, Andrea and Lorenzo were impeccable; excellent service, and great food! Ps: the pizza has a lot of cheese The brunch team was very efficient as well, given the sheer amount of people (there were 2 travel groups during my stay - it was packed, yet the team moved swiftly). I am definitely returning with my partner.
