Liked: The hotel has charm. Great location, we hardly used any transportation but close to metro. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Quiet location but just a corner from life. Comfy bed. We won't choose any other.

Great old fashioned hotel, I'd recommend it to friends headed to Rome

Liked: loved the food for breakfast and partial dinner--good value, tasty. Decent wine list. Great staff, especially the dining room waiters.

Disliked: Would have liked a little more space to sit and visit in our room, and a bathtub that wasn't so deep and precarious to get into and out of to shower.

Location is this hotel's main attraction

Liked: 2 female receptionists were wonderful. They were so pleasant, helped us book a taxi to airport and were very welcoming. Breakfast was good, by Italian standards. Location was v good- its main attraction- few mins walk to Spanish Steps Trevi Fountain and Metro stayion.

Disliked: Room was very small and basic. Not 1 English speaking channel and room itself could do with revamping.2 bottles of water daily would be a great bonus for visitors.

    Very nice

Liked: Location was great, very clean room, friendly staff

Disliked: In the guest room, we could hear our neighbors in guest room next door when they were in their bathroom. It was like they were in the same room as us. Need to have better soundproofing between rooms.

Our stay in Rome was terrific and worth doing again

Liked: The hotel's location was great. It is so close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps that we could walk, but even when we wanted a taxi, it was a quick ride. The woman at the front desk during the day (Sorry, I do not remember her name) was exceptionally kind and patient. She even translated for us when our driver came to pick us up. The room was nice as well.

Disliked: The pillows were extremely flat and need to be replaced. The elevator was too small to accommodate guests with multiple bags, and it was very slow. The breakfast was fine, but I would have liked to have fresh pastries from Rome.
