Liked: Great location, beautiful apartment
Disliked: The communication with the host wasn't very effective. I've asked a couple of questions on the booking platform and only got extremely short answers, being only contacted when reaching the destination.

Disliked: Be aware of the PARKING ISSUES Not only is the parking for an additional fee of 50 euros (the description said it is 30) per night, but you have to go through hell to get it The host kept giving us some random number of parking garages and refused to call and book a space for us We don’t speak any Italian, so communication was not possible when we called (the people who answered the calls didn’t speak a word of English) Moreover, the host was always replying in an unfriendly manner, as if it’s our problem that we need parking The price of 50 euros per NIGHT is also a rip off! Stir clear if you need to be with a car! Although everything looks nice in the pics, it’s the dirtiest place we’ve stayed in! The kitchen was dirty. The oven didn’t work. Dirty dishes, sticky cabinets and cutlery, mold in the dishwasher (see pictures) All the sponges 🧽 in the kitchen were old and wet! It’s completely unsanitary to leave used sponges! If you are medium height (I am 170), you will need to use a chair every time you want to reach the microwave. There is nothing for cooking, just salt Not even oil, sugar or some spices No dishwashing capsules So don’t recommend this place if you’re planning to cook Towels and curtains with stains of blood or whatever it is It’s a pity I can only drop 4 pictures here, because I have many more

Very stylish and large apartment in a cozy area. A great place to stay in Rome for a week or more
Liked: Very beautiful apartment in Rome, everything is really like in the picture. Stylish, large and comfortable. The apartment is not in the center, but by bus №30 you can reach all key attractions in 20 minutes. The Vatican is a 20-minute walk away. The area itself is very cozy, with a lot of shops and cafes. We found the best carbonara in Rome here!
Disliked: Rather than cons, but recommendations. 1) Communicate with guests in a little more detail and formally. If any additional conditions are needed, write them down with explanations. 2) Complete the apartment with amenities: salt, olive oil, coffee. At least for one-two days. 3) Repair the furniture: the bolts and legs of a chair in the kitchen are falling off, a drawer in the bathroom is constantly opening. These are small things, but if they are corrected, the guests’ stay will become even more convenient.
