Exceptional
generally pretty good
Liked: Breakfast selection of pastries and sweet things were good. Quite limited on the savoury side - lovely coffee offered, nice bacon. boiled eggs. Beds were very comfy and room nicely laid out - we had a suite
Disliked: If there had been more fresh salad available that would have been great. we were one of the last ones down but the tomatoes and mozzarella had gone and cucumber was stale. It's really nice to have something fresh that is savoury rather than just loads of meat and cheese. We were told we had been upgraded but i had already booked a junior suite and dont think we were upgraded. I thought we would have a bath in the room but it was a shower and the hot water was pretty non existant

Liked: location was very good, but a bit noisy. The breakfast was good, but very basic. The staff was very nice and helpful

Luxurious
Liked: Luxurious, perfect location. Even though the outside of hotel was busy and loud could not hear anything from our hotel and room. It was completely silent. Very clean and all round luxurious. For my birthday they brought a cake and Prosecco and on our leave date gave us water for the journey and carried our bags to the taxi. Brilliant service.
