Fabulous
I’ll stay there again when we return to Rome
Liked: Very close to Colloseum but on a quiet street. As I imagined an Italian apartment would be. The living room had 2 sofas for my 2 teenagers. Perfect.

Liked: Its locality, Simple to book in and greeted warmly Breakfast is continental but also fresh and great quality Very clean and very comfortable
Disliked: Just the signage on the door make sure when you book in to look at the brass plate to know your in the right place
This place was perfectly comfortable and a great jumping off point for all that Rome had to offer
Liked: The apartment was spotless and well maintained and had all the amenities needed to make are stay comfortable. The staff were so helpful. Being able to do laundry on site was an added bonus. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to. We loved that we were so close to the Colosseum, groceries, and restaurants.

Beware – False Advertising and Misrepresentation of Property
Disliked: I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience. The room provided was not what was advertised on Booking.com, and I consider this a serious misrepresentation of the accommodation. I booked this property based on the photos and description presented on Booking.com. What was advertised did not match what I actually received. Customers should not have to deal with misleading listings, unpleasant surprises, or the feeling that they have been deceived after paying for a reservation. I hold the property owners responsible for advertising this property that did not match what was promised. I am equally disappointed with Booking.com for allowing this listing to mislead customers and for failing to ensure that the accommodations advertised on its platform are accurately represented. This is unacceptable, and I expect more than a generic apology. Customers place their trust in Booking.com when making reservations, and that trust should be respected. When a property fails to deliver what was advertised, the issue must be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I am requesting that Booking.com investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, including a **refund ** for the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided. I will not accept this experience being dismissed or treated as a minor inconvenience. Misleading advertising has real consequences for customers, and both the property owners and Booking.com should be held accountable. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Booking.com. I would not recommend this this property and I will not be using Booking.com in the future.
The location is great, close to Colosseum. It was also clean, but the breakfast was very simple
Liked: I liked the location, it was clean (both the whole house as well as the apartment), apartment was large, it had a terrasse
Disliked: very simple breakfast (only fresh item was a croissant), apartment can hardly be described as "luxury", I don't think it had a great Price/Value despite living in the luxury penthouse. It didn't have proper glasses in the kitchen, just some plastic...
