Exceptional
Liked: staff and breakfast
Disliked: very noisy
Great location and communication
Liked: Good location 5 walk to Ottoviano metro Has a bar/restaurant across the street we ate at. They had someone meet us as we arrived and explained keys kitchen etc They also arranged airport transfers Breakfast was okay Good communication via WhatsApp
Disliked: The bar stays open late so you get a bit of noise. Kitchen fridge needs a defrost of freezer Could probably do with a bit of a refresh especially the kitchen area which is a bit dated.
Really good. Staff came to let in at 11 pm
Liked: All really good thank you
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great location close to metro and easy 10 mins walk to Vatican museum and 15 mins St Paul's Cathedral. Close to main shopping streets and lots of restaurants. Breakfast options provided were good. The host Paolo was very nice and helpful and explained everything.

We really enjoyed the morning coffee on our balcony and look forward to coming back as soon as the opportunity arises. T
