Exceptional
Ok property, could have been better
Liked: Owner was great, extremely communicative and accommodating.
Disliked: Property was ok, location not great, very narrow footpath to roll the luggage from nearest train station or airport bus. Extremely tiny shower, basic amenities could have been better taken care off prior to check-in.
Liked: Well located for tube, nice secure apartments.Great access to motorway and good free car parking. Host very helpful
Disliked: Swimming pool closed.

A comfortable place to stay, with easy access to Rome and our host (Emanuele) was very helpful!
Liked: Emanuele met us at the apartment and kindly explained everything to us and was was always on hand to answer our questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was a little out of the centre of Rome (which we knew) but only three stops to the Vatican and the metro station was a short walk from the apartment. The wifi worked well. No issues with access. It was good to have aircon as the daytime temperatures hit 38C! My wife and I found the ultra-market (Pewex) nearby was fabulous for food and other provisions and we ate at some nice restaurants nearby (recommend the Joseph but you need to book). Also became a regular at the Pasticceria Tiramisù for my morning coffee - lovely people! Very friendly staff at the apartments.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a toaster in the apartment. It's a pity the pool wasn't included in the price as it is run by a separate company, however, Emanuele kindly arranged for a couple of days of free access and also discounted access.
Great host, great location, clean and tidy. Just check the pool is open beofre booking
Liked: Great location - only an 8 minute walk to the metro and other public transport links. Clean tidy and everything you need from an apartment.
Disliked: The pool is out of order and this was kept from us until 24 hours before arrival. Our host did get us in at a local sports clubs and dropped us off for one of the days to use the pool.
Comfy, spacious and calm apartment with excellent value for money
Liked: Since its in gated area the apartment is not on the street and even has a terrace with a small green are in front.
Disliked: Only thing that comes to my mind is the walk from the metro with kids. But it is manageable. The other thing is that the walls are rather thin so of the neighbors talk at night you gonna hear it. The positive is they weren’t up for long and always went to bed at the same time around 10-11.
