Beautiful apartment, perfect location
Liked: We've just had a wonderful weekend at the B&B! Clean but characterful, friendly staff and nice amenities. The location is perfect, close to some really nice bars and restaurants and only 7 minute walk to the nearest metro stop, direct to Termini. We loved the breakfast at the cafe, very Italian, although some people might prefer breakfast on site (it was approx 3 minute walk away). We organised an airport transfer on our way back due an early flight and not wanting to bother with early buses, and it was great - arrived right on time, comfortable and friendly.

Liked: Everything, Sofia was really helpful and contacted us before we arrived she was super helpful throughout our stay. it’s in a good location, a short walk to some lovely restaurants and bars. We walked to all the attractions the farthest away was the colosseum which was about 40 minutes. Vatican and St Peter’s was about 10 minutes. We highly recommend pre-booking main attractions. Plenty of storage for a short stay. Lovely big bathroom with separate shower. Tea and coffee, fruit and yogurts are available in the communal area.
Disliked: We thought when booking breakfast would be at the B&B but you get vouchers for a lovely bakery 5 minutes away for a coffee and pastry.

Disliked: The AC doesn’t cool the room, the living area was extremely hot, couldn’t even sit and enjoy coffee or food. There’s no AC in the living area. The shower was very poorly done, all the water comes out from the shower and I have to dry the floor every time one of us took shower. I couldn’t even turn in the shower. The toilet had bad odour, there was no Exocet fan. No privacy with bathroom window.

Liked: Great location, close to great restaurants, bars and shopping as well as attractions and public transport. Despite this feel like you are living in Rome not a tourist centre.
Liked: Our stay was perfect! Sofia was amazing, she helped as a lot before even coming to the property! She sent us the ways to come to the hotel, she sent us also a list of places that we can have a meal/dinner! The location of the property is a really nice one, close to everything with a really nice vibe!
