Exceptional
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Rome’s main attractions and historic landmarks. We stayed on the third floor and had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we would happily recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been slightly better, particularly in terms of cheese and cold-cut selections. While we appreciated the Italian specialties, such as pizza and bresaola, the overall breakfast selection felt a little limited.
We'll be back soon
Liked: The location is perfect, the staff very nice, kind and helpful. Every question has taking care seriously and quickly
Disliked: Nothing
A wonderful stay surrounded by contemporary art, with an excellent location and very good staff!
Would definitely come back
Liked: The staff were very nice and friendly
Disliked: Room we picked was a little tight
Clean, friendly people and excellent location
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was excellent within walking distance of many of Rome’s main attractions. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for Khalid
Disliked: Nothing major to complain about, just a minor issue with the AC, as it wasn’t performing as expected.
Small luxury hotel, one street off a main area
Liked: Location is about a 7 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, one turn then down a main street. This hotel is locaed inside a courtyard. Walk straight in to the courtyard. Small supermarket (what we would call a Bodega) across the street. Rooms are clean, and we were in a Jr suite which had plenty of room. High quality linens. The hotel is on the small side (only 2 floors, with 10-15 rooms per floor). Restaurants everywhere and we ate at one around the corner. Someone will meet you in the courtyard to bring up your bags, if no one is standing there, ring the bell at the entrance to the courtyard, see below. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices they change daily. They have some food available at dinner, but really not a restaurant. Afternoon there were cookies and juice/water in the bar area (before it opened). We came back each night and went to the bar. Lorenzo, the Bartender was very pleasant and you can sit and relax. For some reason the were almost no people in the bar, which we liked, but then again we never got there before 10pm. Shower is hot and water pressure is more that I have ever seen (a good thing). There is a safe in the room as well as a mini refrigerator. We had a tile floor, our friends had carpeting in the room. Every one of the staff was friendly and we felt very comfortable.
Disliked: Be aware this hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a building (for those of us from the US that is the 3rd and 4th floor), with a tiny elevator. However, after a good meal the walk up does you wonders, I am just not a fan of tiny elevators. We stayed there with another couple. Both had the same issue with the shower drain, which is a design issue, Just move the cover, which rest on top over and problem solved.
