Liked: Awesome location!
Disliked: I booked a room with a city view. They downgraded our room & gave us an ugly view of the back of the building. After waking the next morning in a dark room I brought it to their attention it wasn’t the room I booked & they moved us which was an inconvenience after unpacking.
Our stay was wonderful, but the rooms are small and the beds are small

Liked: The hotel was a great little place to stay in the heart of Rome. Very accessible to all major landmarks. Breakfast was great and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus with a lovely view of the City/
Disliked: Our room had no view to speak of and a coffee machine would have been nice. But this did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
