Liked: Helpful staff, good location, clean rooms
Stayed for convenience, but enjoyed the comfort!
Liked: We were in the room for just under 12 hours, before flying home from Italy. We were upgraded to a room - with a big terrace - so I can only speak to the room we got. Massive terrace with a great view (at night, anyway). I booked the hotel just because it was convenient to Rome Termini and not too expensive. We were pleasantly surprised by how great it was. The room was bigger than I expected (maybe that was the upgraded room, #603), the decor lovely, the room very clean. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Bed very comfortable, complimentary water the first day. Didn't get to try to breakfast. Check in and out was easy and friendly. It's a quick 5-minute walk to the station to catch the Leonardo Express to the airport.

Liked: I would like to mention the amazing hotel staff - every staff member we met was pleasant, nice, tried to help in any way possible, all with a smile. We especially want to mention Giulia who greeted us upon arrival, was so nice and kind, took the initiative to meet our needs (early arrival), took care of every detail. The room was clean, cozy, with air conditioning that worked well, little things that make everything perfect. This is our second time at the hotel, and I'm sure that every time we come to Rome - we will only stay at this hotel. Thank you for making it so pleasant!!!
