Good
I recommend this very good hotel
Liked: Excellent service and breakfast the best.
Disliked: all perfect
Good for a quick overnight stay to catch a cruise ship
Liked: It had a nice breakfast and easy check in.
Disliked: It is like an aging movie star. I bet once it was really nice, but it needs some work. I also did not like I could not bring in food or drink from outside the hotel. The hotel is not located near very many things to go or eat. So we ate the first night in the restaurant, which was only okay.
Liked: The transport connection to the hotel was very gut. Bus stations were very close to the hotel
Disliked: My room was separated from the other room not with a wall, but rather with a door and I could hear even the minimal noise from the other room. That was terrible
Comfortable stay
Liked: The location is the perfect, away from the daily city chaos, and well connected with bus and tube. The breakfast had many selections and if you need extra or specific food, the staff would help. The room was spacious and comfortable. Overall it has been a good experience.
Disliked: I could expect more cleaning of the shower and other parts of the bathroom.
Liked: The pool was refreshing
Disliked: The staff weren't really interested in giving recommendations about the location we were staying, they didn't have a great knowledge of the locality
Liked: We arrived after midnight and the check in took just a minute or two. Very fast and efficient.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean.
Good to know
