Exceptional
A beautiful and very spacious apartment in Rome
Liked: The apartment is very big with air conditioning on the ground floor convenient to enter, free parking there's a guard too. Everything is very modern and nicely designed it has all the things you need including coffee machine fridge dishes cups iron and board all very clean and beautiful.
Disliked: The location is about half an hour in public transportation from the center of Rome and there's a walking of at least 10 to 12 minutes until the metro station. There are too many messages that we got from the owner each one very very long which makes it impossible to find what's really important and what is needed in order to get into the apartment. We recommend the owner to simplify and shorten the instructions to make them clear.
Liked: Location and room was excellent
Disliked: Due to a communication error the hotel staff refused us breakfast but was soon sorted out, also the doorstaff wouldn't allow me to unload my luggage by enterance even though it had just started raining
Family friendly apartment
Liked: Apartment had all that we needed for a family on holiday in Rome. Antonio was a great host and his restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Liked: Everything was clean. Room was very big - good for kids. There was also some toys for kids. The kitchen equipment was perfect - all we needed. Rooms was locked by code. 2 big beds. 1 big balcony. Photos are correct.
Disliked: 1) The toilet was too high - although it may not seem like it, it was a problem for both us and the children. 2) The pool was not part of the hotel but was on the hotel area. You have to pay for it separately at a fairly high price (I think 17€ or 15€ per adult - I do not remember exactly).
Very comfortable
Liked: Very quiet and clean, with plenty of space.
Disliked: The walk to and from town and the metro was along the busy road with very narrow pavements.
Fab accommodation
Liked: Beautiful apartment, comfy beds, short walk to metro, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, fab communication with the host
Disliked: The shower does not stay hot for long enough
