Exceptional
Most strategic located place
Liked: The location was the star of the show, you are literally 600 meters from the Spanish Steps, the supermarket is opposite you. The place is very clean, comfortable and Sabrina is amazing

The location is good but we wouldn’t stay here again. The host didn’t respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe
Liked: Its in a nice area, walkable to many sites and restaurants. The nearest subway is a 10-15 min walk, but taxis were plentiful
Disliked: Accessing the room required 3 keys and four doors. Our room was directly next to the dining room. The door to our room was thin. The shower pressure was weak and sometimes the water wasn’t hot

Liked: Wonderful second time here, perfect cosy rooms on the very Spanish steps, basically on the right spot when it comes to tourist exploration of Rome

An absolutely lovely place to stay with fair rates, outside of season at least
Liked: Location of the accommodation puts it within a walking distance of most of the major tourist sites in Rome. The accommodation itself is lovely with a nice view, restaurants and shops nearby. Even offers a gluten free option for breakfast if notified in advance.
