Very good
Liked: Friendly, helpful staff and a hearty breakfast. Central location, excellent public transport, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Disliked: Tiny bathroom, no TV in the room

Great location and friendly staff
Liked: The hotel is very well located, close to the Colosseum. Breakfast is good, and there are also plenty of cafés and restaurants in the square right in front of the hotel, offering a variety of options. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gabriella, who gave us some great tips and recommendations for exploring Rome. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!
Disliked: The room was fine, but the bed was a standard double, not a queen or king size, which is quite unusual for a hotel. It felt a bit small for two tall adults.
Friendly helpful and kind. Staff were lovely
Liked: This was a last minute booking due to another property cancelling on us on the day. Casa Santa Sofia were able to help accommodate us last minute and were very friendly. There was a festival on right outside the hotel but hotel provided ear plugs and it was more enjoyable than disruptive. The hotel had staff on the door to ensure only hotel guests entered and it felt very safe.
Disliked: If the rooms were slightly bigger it would have been even better, but given the location and historic area you’d probably have to lose something else in order to get bigger rooms!
