Fabulous
Excellent location, but a few avoidable issues need attention
Liked: The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the main sights. We also enjoyed the atmosphere of the lively street below. Opening the window allowed us to experience the sounds and energy of the surrounding cafés and street life. While this may not appeal to everyone, it was part of the charm for us. The staff were also very friendly and responsive, and made a genuine effort to help us resolve the issues we encountered.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were three aspects of our stay that fell short of our expectations: 1. Early morning noise The butcher's shop downstairs started hammering meat at 5 a.m. on Saturday morning, making it impossible to get any further sleep. To their credit, the host kindly contacted the butcher, and the problem did not recur during the following days of our stay. 2. Data privacy concerns I was contacted via WhatsApp by scammers who appeared to have access to all the details of our planned stay, including my name, contact information and dates of accommodation. The host had sent a warning about potential fraudulent messages just one day before I was contacted, suggesting they were already aware of the issue. I have never experienced anything similar with any other accommodation provider, and this was a significant concern. While I cannot confirm the source of the data, I believe this situation warrants attention. 3. Mattress condition The mattress in the suite needs replacing. It sagged noticeably in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. This may be more of an issue for some guests than others, but in our case, it negatively affected our sleep.
A nightmare
Liked: INothing, too many stairs. No elevator, no one in the reception to receive you, and I did not receive any information about how to enter the hotel. I did not like it at all. I payed for a standard room and they gave me a room on the roof with a shower inside the bedroom. 😱
Disliked: I entered the hotel because I met my friend who was staying there and opened the main door for me. They gave me a room that was not even in the pictures of the booking.com site. Probably a storage room. The first 3 photos were my room, the 3 last the one I payed for. I want my money back!!!!!
Liked: It’s a bit tricky finding this place and also there’s no front desk to reach out to when my husband arrived. Although it’s close to everything
Prime location and surrounded by many attractions
Liked: The best location with a terrace access, if you like to live near the attractions. In a min walk you can see the Pantheon and location is very safe. The famous All’ Antico vinaio is just outside the apartment, coffee and pastries from Della Palma Nextdoor and this location is surrounded by beautiful Churches.
Disliked: Stairs are too steep, as we stayed in 3rd floor it was difficult to climb with luggage. After first day we started getting cold water in the shower.
Excellent location & stay! Would definitely recommend!
Liked: The location was perfect for being able to see the sites and eateries. The room itself had everything we needed, clean, and very quick response time when we had questions. Wonderful stay! Would stay here again!

Location excellent. Lovely rooms
Liked: We loved the excellent location in the very lively restaurant and Pantheon area, walking distance from all major attractions, plus sound proof rooms. The quick and very good way the property reacted to a need we had.
Disliked: Initially had a room not at all resembling the rooms on booking.com. (After we contacted the property, they went out of their way to accommodate us in a most lovely and spacious room. ) Be prepared for lots of steep steps.
