Fabulous
WORST NIGHT OF SLEEP EVER - DO NOT STAY IN THE ANNEX
Liked: Worst night sleep I have ever had - they put my 13 year old daughter and I in a room in the "annex" I do not recommend - stairs, stairs, stairs, you have to climb up all the stairs to the hotel, then climb back down, then climb up several stairs to the annex, the elevator does not go to the floors. They put us right next to the snack/break room. There is a door that everyone buzzes in and out of - the door was buzzing all night, then slammed as people exited and entered, then everyone was talking and rummaging through all the food/snacks all throughout the night. This went on until two in the morning. I asked the staff to please help us - I received a message saying "I will look into this soon." Never put paying customers in that room. It is like staying in the middle of the hallway. I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Disliked: Being shoved in the annex in the very first room by the door and all the snacks was a terrible terrible location. When I found out I was staying in an "annex" I contacted them and they assured me it was both safe and quiet, This was not the case at all. I want my money back for my stay. I did not sleep the entire night.
A perfect getaway
Liked: I loved the outside terrace, sitting outside drinking an espresso or coffee. I enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, shopping and the Trevi fountain.
Disliked: I have no complaints.
Liked: A charming boutique hotel in one of the best spots in Piazza Spagna. Most worth of mentioning is the team of the hotel. They welcome you so friendly, with finger food,drinks and sandwiches on your arrival, and the rooms are excellent. They even leave a mini bottle of Aperol Spritz on your bed with chocolates. Amazing hospitality. Bedroom and bathroom are well designed and comfortable.

Liked: We requested a room that could accommodate 3 people and the room we had was perfect. The bathroom was updated and wonderful for boutique standards. The staff was excellent. They were professional and helpful and pleasant.

Standard rooms are located in two independent apartments, one on the 2nd and 4th floors of the building, ideal for a quiet and private stay.
Please note that to reach the elevator in the annex, you must climb a short flight of stairs both on the ground floor and on the guestroom floors.
The Standard rooms are located in the hotel's annex, a separate, external building situated 20 meters from the main building at Via della Mercede 37, where check-in takes place.
