Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Slightly difficult check in
Overall great
Liked: Nice clean room, bathroom was great.
Disliked: Quite a distance from the center of Rome in a residential area. Not a problem though for the price.
Rome stay
Liked: Comfortable bed, shower worked well, very quiet due to good soundproofing. Nice touch with the coffee and tea there. In general fine. Air conditioning worked well.
Disliked: A couple of lights needed a bit of a clean. Although the shower is fine it does not have the best design so it is hard to avoid the cold water before it warms up. Also exiting the property after checkout could be easier as initially we couldn't open the gate. Thankfully the host was on hand to open it for us. But there could of been a problem if he had been unavailable. There should really be a catch or something on the inside to help exit the property. The location is fine in terms of transport and being able to catch a bus, but is quite a way from the centre of the city.
Disliked: Once we arrived, the host was not there to give us the rooms. Also the host did not answer our phone calls. We had to contact Booking.com and get us another accommodation.
Liked: Comfy accommodations around 30 min from the centre of Rome. There are plenty of bus routes, during the day and night, so don't worry about the location. The staff were great, and the rooms were good!
Disliked: The only minor thing, is that the rooms were a little too cold during the night. It was late December so it was already around and below 0 Celsius.
Liked: Friendly host. Wifi works. Air conditioner works. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Extremely dirty. One towel was dirty. There were dirty tissues in the bath. My room was below someone who was practicing piano playing.
