Great stay at Corso281
Liked: The welcoming and helpful staff. Sarah, Simone and Pang, especially.
Disliked: The hotel is very centrally located. It is a bit busy when you first walk out onto the street but once you are in the property it is quiet. I loved getting breakfast in our room. Laundry service was very good.
Disliked: AC was not working with 2 year old toddler they didn’t do anything to fix it. Awful Location middle of tourist arr actions loud
Fantastic stay!
Liked: The location is excellent. Close to everything. The staff was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and overall very friendly. The room was very clean, and well appointed, and up-to-date. I’d love to give them more than 5 stars.
Nice stay but small room
Liked: We had a nice stay here! We got the family suite and in terms of space, it was pretty small for a family of 4 and the layout was a bit wonky. The location could not have been better, it is located very conveniently Rome! We walked most of the time in Rome, and had no issues doing that given how centrally located it is. Needless to say getting around (walking, driving, Uber) was very easy. The atmosphere of the hotel was fine, nothing particularly special but not poor by any means. In terms of cleanliness we had no issues! Our hotel was clean and tidy when we came in and housekeepers did a great job. Amenities were fairly minimal, but they had a nice lounge room downstairs which we really enjoyed. I would say that the only constructive critics in we have was just that the rooms were small. Other than that, a nice stay!
A gem in a big city
Liked: amazing location. Can walk to just about everything Rome has to offer. The service is better than the 5 star resorts I have stayed in. We were being treated like we were the only guests here. Amazing food recommendations as well. Staff is on the ball. You ask, they jump with a smile. I deal with hotels for a living…this is one I will highly recommend.
