The hotel exceeded our expectations and delivered top-tier hospitality
Liked: The interior design is stunning- every corner feels thoughtfully styled, unique and full of character. Our room was an absolute sanctuary. It was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and featured incredibly thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly welcome. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive and passionate about ensuring guests have a memorable stay. They were always ready with incredible local recommendations and went out of their way to make us feel special.
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the toilet in our room was a bit noisy.
You pay only or the location
Liked: The front desk employees were very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Coloseum, 4-5 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
Disliked: The room very basic, the bathroom has not been cleaned properly, we had mold in the shower cabin. Windows and door did not insulate the sound at all, so we barely got any rest during our time stay. There is a underground garage right under the window, whenever the door opens it makes a very loud sound. The breakfast was limited, a lot of the bread and pastries were not fresh. For 300+ EUR per night I expected more.
Quaint lodging, however advertising is very misleading. Had no idea the rooms were so small
Liked: Breakfast was good. Would rather the water be complimentary. Overall very clean.
Disliked: Rooms were way too small, including the shower. Barely had room to walk around the bed and for luggage. Power went out for the entire morning and didn’t get turned back on.

Liked: Walkable and close to so many places. Very safe hotel, clean and quite. Helpful and friendly front desk. I will definitely stay again. I will refer to anyone.
Wonderful location near historic sites and public transportation to get around Rome and even to great beach
Liked: All the staff are fabulous. Always friendly, good humoured, helpful. When I said I had Celiac they bought crackers and snacks I could eat. Arranged cabs, gave restaurant and scenic suggestions. Great hotel location.
Disliked: Rooms are tiny for a grandmother and a teenager 🤣

Disliked: It was dusty, smelling inside room and bathroom. In bathroom there was mold. Really everywhere were dust, old furniture, some stains after badbugs. If i mention it if they have bad bugs lady on recepction didn’t say nothing i found some trap for bugs under bed. I refused to sleep there and she was ok with it.
