  Disappointing

  Liked: After spending nearly three weeks in Italy our last night was overall very disappointing, staff unhelpful and booking.com unresponsive.

  Nice hotel in great location

  Liked: The location s great. Short walk from the station. Lovely restaurants nearby. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Modern clean reception and halls

  Disliked: Small room and bathroom. Shower door would not close so every time you shower water goes on bathroom floor.

  Good location

  Liked: Location was good, close to Roma Termini the main train station and Hop on Hop off bus.

  Disliked: Breakfast was basic the small number of hot food options weren't actually very hot. Bed made daily but room was not cleaned or glasses replaced or washed. A dirty pillow case lay at our window behind the curtains the whole time we were there.

  NIce stay and great experience in Rome contre!

  Liked: The room was comfortable, and the location is really accesible and well located.

  Disliked: but I think the breakfast needs to be more diverse, some foods are not hot, but in general, was a good experience.

  Liked: Proximity to subway

  Disliked: The stairs in the lobby are UNSAFE!! There are marks indicating there used to be a runner. There are no handrails. Our friend slipped and fell, spraining her ankle and banging her head. She was lucky she was still able to continue her trip. When I reported the unsafe conditions, the staff was not interested.
