Exceptional
Great stay nearly ruined by one rude receptionist
Liked: This is a lovely hotel in a great location which has a exceptional roof bar
Disliked: Unfortunately our whole stay was nearly ruined by by a very rude lady on reception who when asked if she could sort us a white taxi to the port was really put out, I then asked for a copy of our invoice only to be told she had already given me a copy - This was not the case. Her whole attitude was awful. I need to point everyone else in the hotel from a different lady who checked us in to the staff on the roof bar where excellent. It’s a shame we left feeling really annoyed especially as this is not a cheap hotel - manners should be top of the list when dealing with customers and I would not want customers leaving feeling the way we did.
Liked: Super location, spacious rooms (especially bathroom). Staff was really nice
Disliked: Rooms need to be renovated and were quite ourdated. Breakfast lacked a bit of variety

I would 100% recommend the D.O.M for your stay in Rome!
Liked: The room was a modern take with old world charm. The AC was quiet and cool, the water was hot and the shower was excellent! The breakfast pastries were so very delicious! We ordered one of their pizzas and a bottle of wine and ate up on the top out door garden area. There was a street band playing a few streets over and it added a perfect touch to the evening.
