Hospitality and location
Liked: Perfect location, near metro, Colosseum, nice restaurants. Outstanding service and hospitality! Thank you Anna, so much! Perfect for everyone who’s looking for a place to spend the nights after long day trips over beautiful Rome.

Good accommodation if nothing else is available around Coloseum
Liked: Location is great - within 80m of Coloseum. Very nice small restaurants in backstreets within 1 and 2 blocks. Aircon is working very good!
Disliked: Room is VERY small - photos does not show it as it is taken with wide-angle lens. Very small amount of toiletries given, even for multi-day stay. 2 x single beds can not be moved together, and fitted with old type bedspray. They give a small breakfast in the room (no restaurant or dining room available). Bfast only available from 08h30-10h00. So you can not enjoy bfast if you have early tour bookings in Rome. No lift or assistance to upper floors for suitcases. Carry it yourselves. They do not accept Amex credit cards for payments of city tax.
A great, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay, very near by all of the sight of the city!

Excellent Location
Liked: Everything about this place was phenomenal. Anna and Fabrizio were extremely friendly and so helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location, just a few steps away from restaurants and shops and with a view of the Colosseum from the alleyway. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The only small thing I believe they could improve on is the pillows. The pillows were a little flat but if you use two, it works out.
