Exceptional
Very happy, nice stay, clean room, even late check in, was very helpfull
Liked: How pleasant owner was and very helpfull
Disliked: everything was great
Good value and great location
Liked: Fantastic guesthouse with lots of amenities nearby. You’re on the edge of the city so you can either walk into the centre (approximately one hour) or take the subway. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and there is a shared kitchen for you to use. The host, Andrea, was super helpful and I would highly recommend this place to others.
Wonderful stay with a great host
Liked: Clean and spacious
Disliked: It was all very nice and had a kitchen facility to put personal drinks and food
Amazing stay for a concert at Stadio Olimpico
Liked: We loved the spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom and the A/C worked perfectly fine. The check in was super easy and Andrea was always quick to contact via WhatsApp which we appreciated a lot. Check out worked fine as well. We attended a concert at Stadio Olimpico and it was very easy to walk to the accommodation. It only takes about 20min. Also reaching the city center and the Vatican is very comfortable via bus and/or metro. Cost from airport via taxi was about 60€ one way. The room was very quiet (we had the diamond room to the inside). The shared kitchen is well equipped. We would always stay here again for a concert.
Disliked: Nothing:)
Great place. Quieter neighborhood. Hospitable owner
Liked: Room and community kitchen were clean and very nice. I got to meet owner who is very hospitable and pleasant. The neighborhood was a great place to stay because it is not as busy and hectic like other parts of Rome. Note: We used the metro trains to get around Rome. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to metro station.
Disliked: Bed mattress is worn where it is depressed in the middle. Makes 2 person sleeping a bit uncomfortable and difficult since it feels like you are on an incline.
Nice
Liked: Comfortable
Disliked: Noisy, because of other guests.
