Good Value for Money, but Disappointing Customer Service
Liked: The hotel offers decent value for money and it is near to the airport.
Disliked: The experience was let down by poor customer service. Despite several requests, staff showed little flexibility or empathy regarding early check-in, and there was minimal assistance with the lack of express laundry service.While I understand these limitations, the lack of effort to offer alternatives or practical support was disappointing.
Liked: * Comfortable room – The room was comfortable and with pleasant design * Amazing coffee and barista – Excellent coffee prepared by a skilled and friendly barista * Comfortable bed – The bed was very comfortable, with a good-quality mattress
Disliked: * Unhelpful reception staff – Only one member of the reception team was knowledgeable and able to provide assistance * Missing/correct invoice not provided – I requested the invoice several times, providing the relevant date each time. After my third request, I finally received an invoice, but the information was incorrect. I have since requested a correction twice, but I have not received any response
Liked: The excellent quality of the hotel, the outstanding service, and the fantastic breakfast. The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and featured a fantastic terrace.
Disliked: There was no shower curtain and nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was also very weak, so I had to go to the lobby every time I needed to connect.
It was average but could have been a lot better with a kettle and cups in the room
Liked: Spacious environment with many seating areas to relax outside the room and within the hotel premises
Disliked: There was no kettle so if you needed to drink warm or hot water, you had no choice but to buy a small cup of tea.
Actual rooms were less than desirable but outdoor space great!
Liked: The outdoor area was beautiful - pool amazing!
Disliked: The bed covers were stained, the hall carpets were terrible. The beds were rock hard. The older male employee at the outdoor bar area was not friendly but the young woman working there was great and did more than she should have. Gift store I loved.
