Love it
Liked: Great breakfast staff was very nice.
Disliked: It was hot and the A/C was not working leaving the windows open it was very noisy.
Liked: Excellent Location and Outstanding Customer Service The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini train station, making all the main attractions easily accessible by metro. We stayed at the hotel for three nights in room 109. The room was spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. Many thanks to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work! Breakfast was served on the sixth floor, offering a beautiful view. There was a great selection of food, including warm sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, and much more. The breakfast was exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! There is one more very positive thing we would especially like to mention. After checking out, we planned to take the train from Termini station to Fiumicino Airport. Unfortunately, due to a technical problem, the train service was completely disrupted. There was an extremely long queue for taxis, and we were afraid that we would miss our flight if we waited in line. We therefore returned to the hotel to ask for help. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the kindest receptionist, Luca, who went out of his way to help us. He made several attempts to arrange a taxi for us, and thanks to his persistence, he eventually succeeded. Thanks to Luca, we made it to our flight on time! A huge thank you to Luca once again for his kindness, patience, and outstanding assistance. His help made a real difference to us, and we are truly grateful. Kind regards and many thanks,🙂 Zoltán and Márta
