Very good
Total disappointment
Liked: It has a great location, just a short distance from the Vatican. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and public transport is very convenient and close by. The staff were also very welcoming and nice
Disliked: A total disappointment. The reality of the property does not match the photos at all—it looks and feels very cheap in person. The breakfast was extremely poor, and if you have any allergies, there is virtually nothing safe to eat. Additionally, we were charged a 30 € fee for checking in after 8:00 PM, which feels completely unreasonable, and a 100 € deposit was demanded upon arrival without any prior communication. To top it all off, our room had a shared connecting door with the neighbors; while locked, we could hear every single noise from next door. I would not recommend staying here.
The hotel was a great mix of hotel / independent apartment. We had everything we needed and was pleasantly surprised
Liked: The property was in a great location, the room was clean and the amenities were good. There was a safe for valuables. The staff were friendly and informative.
Disliked: Our only small gripe was that the walls and doors weren’t very thick so we could hear everything going on around us. Including conversations in other peoples rooms. Didn’t bother us too much and can’t be helped.
The location and staff is phenomenal, but the enter set up needs to be improved
Liked: The staff was did very good work. They are helpful.
Disliked: The entire set up was not like a good to saty: - The toilets did not flush properly - There was not enough hanger close to shower for towels - The AC was not clod enough - found lots of ants at the floor and some in bed. Staf did a good job and spay/clean everything - Tap water for some unknow reason get too salty over the late nigh.
Good location, bad management
Liked: The location is great! Close to attractions.
Disliked: Wifi was not working properly. I mean connection quality was poor. Some part of the room even couldn’t connect. The staff wants to take city tax and other costs (minibar, etc.) in cash but they do not have change (coins) which enforces you to pay more without your own decision. We stayed 3 days. Both at check in and check out they didn’t have changes, so change problem was not just an exception.
